• You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information for your order, including artwork, sizing, and shipping details.
• We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason.

Artwork:

You are responsible for ensuring your artwork meets our specifications, which can be found on our website or obtained by contacting us.

We reserve the right to refuse artwork that is deemed inappropriate or cannot be reproduced with our printing methods.

You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your artwork for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Pricing and Payment:

• Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.
• We may offer discounts or promotions from time to time.
• Payment is due in full at the time of order placement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as listed on our website.

Turnaround Time:

• We will communicate any delays in turnaround time to you as soon as possible.

Shipping:

• Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable.

• We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner.
• We do not guarantee that the printed colors will perfectly match the colors on your screen.
• We are not responsible for any errors or omissions in your artwork.
• WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Limitation of Liability:

• TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, OR LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.
• Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in question.
